I've been using Rain for the last 2 years and for the most part it worked well, however in my area I cannot get higher speeds so I only went up to 30mbps. This is where my negative experience began. I went onto the app and requested cancelation, upon doing this I was told that someone would contact me which I was ok with because I wanted to tell why I was canceling. However 3 weeks went by and no contact. I was also concerned about being billed because I hadn't received any communication about the cancelation or the collection of the router.Last week I called Rain and spoke to somebody called Daniel, boy o boy was this an awful experience. Daniel told me that was would be billed on 25th March and when I said that I thought that we paid in advance he was adamant that this is not true. So I asked Daniel to go back to when I 1st signed up and check if paid immediately or was I billed at the end of that month, Daniel kept mixing up the dates and when I corrected him he GIT very upset and was extremely rude, it got to point where he even cut the call on me.I had to call back, spoke to another advisor who confirmed that the information that Daniel provided was incorrect. It's at this point that I found out that Rains customer service is outsourced and they not from South AfricaSo Rain, internet wise it's OK because it does what it says it will do but your customer service is bad.Hi Rain,Please fund my ref number below.Ref: 31640044
