The Sales Agent was good, just sold me an upgraded version to a product I have which is not working.Hopefully, the new rain product will work.I have been offline for 3 weeks, tomorrow starts the 4th week and no communication from Rain Support despite logging tickets and calling daily.Each time I am told the same story, I am still waiting for a Support Agent to call me back. I am wondering with the upgrade if I will experience the same problem.My account should be credited for the days I have been offline, that is if anyone reads this message.
