I have been having endless problems with connectivity and no one from Rain seemed particularly interested, even telling me to move to another service provider. I have been with Rain for a long time and have thus far been very happy with your service, until I moved to an area where there is no 5G coverage, it is so bad that I am not able to work from home, and cannot have more that one device connected at a time. A guy was sent out, couldn't get any connection, shrugged his shoulders and left, without really giving me a proper idea of what was going on. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Thulani this morning, and the first thing he suggested was that I upgrade to 101, which might not take the problem away, but it may improve it, as I have an old router. Why did no one else suggest that, all the times I called before? Thank you Thulani for your assistance today, at least it feels like I am getting somewhere. Come on Rain, you are one of the biggest providers in South Africa, why are you not making the extra effort to get 5G to remote places. In this day an age, a person should not have to struggle with connectivity issues.
