Nomnikelo was quick to return my call and resolve my query as I had been waiting 2 weeks for a call back and had to call Support again for feedback I've been a customer since January 2020.The call centre staff are not very helpful and clearly from outside SA borders. Only when I said that I was cancelling my subscription was anything actioned and escalated to a South African agent.
