I am incredibly frustrated with this WiFi provider! I'm constantly having to reboot my router. Whenever there's an issue, I have to reach out to the support team on their app, but for some reason, they can't assist me with a reboot. I'm always relying on a backup WiFi connection. I've asked the automated support to log my complaints and submitted five in early December 2025. I'm still waiting for a technician to get in touch! Meanwhile, I have to pay the full amount every month despite struggling with connectivity issues! Calling the support line means waiting around 30 minutes before receiving any help. This service is unacceptable, and the connection quality is just terrible!
