Rain billing practices are shit. Please excuse my language but I am frustrated. I had a rough month in February and I could not pay for the Wi-Fi and as a result they switched off the service. I paid today thinking that I am paying for march since the service was switched off for february and I am not supposed to be billed for a service I did not use. Today I paid but they did not switch my Wi-Fi back on. When I call them, they say the money is for february and I must pay again for march. But how is this fair? Why should I pay for a service that was not rendered? This is not fair!
