My experience has been the same as others here . Received an item that was not what was pictured. Inferior quality and design and did not fit. The order was tracked through Sweden but shipping label says Illinois.. I’ve had multiple emails back and forth with customer service. the first email asked if I could give it to someone else. They seem apologetic that I was not happy but insisted I had received the item ordered. I sent pictures of the item from their ad and what I received which clearly shows the difference in color, style and quality Subsequent emails offered first 4 then 6 and today 8.8 dollars. This is not acceptable to me .
