I bought a sweater for my wife, but after several email exchanges with the company, I learned that the shipping service lost the package, and they would send a replacement. After the new package was shipped, I finally received a tracking number. However, it was not the item I ordered. I contacted customer service and found out that the product I wanted was out of stock, and they offered me a mere $4 refund for a $39 item. This situation is completely unacceptable and absurd. I will never shop with this company again and strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them, as I believe they are a scam.

I would choose zero stars if possible. They overcharge for items and I couldn't cancel my order. After disputing the charge, I received a refund. They claimed the package was sent, but it shows they created the shipping label two days after my cancellation request. They do not respond to refund or return inquiries after your order. I wish I had checked the reviews first. Lesson learned.
Clearly not a trustworthy site. I ordered shirts on September 22, and they still haven't arrived by October 15. They were supposed to be worn on October 14. The site indicated they were from an American warehouse, but they came from overseas. This is completely ridiculous. I have been deceived before, but I trusted this site.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been going back and forth trying to return items I no longer want, and I'm still waiting for information on where to send them. They send one email daily trying to convince me to accept a $4 credit for a $23 shirt. Resolving this has been a nightmare.
I ordered a specific size shirt, but the company fails miserably to indicate that it uses international measurements instead of U.S. sizes. It was so small it seemed like children's wear. In my correspondence, I received a dismissive response and a suggestion of a $2 refund. This is pathetic and demonstrates very poor customer service. DO NOT TRUST this company!
They do not operate out of California as claimed. What is shown on their website is not what you receive. The print on the shirt is unreadable. They do not deliver what they advertise and refuse refunds for subpar products. They are a terrible company. Stay away! It took them a month to send the poor-quality merchandise. They claim to ship from California, but it actually shipped from Denmark. It's a scam.
