Details to follow but let me first say that after speaking with Daniel, the Vice President, regarding the nightmare that I went through with his company, he asked how the company could make things right with me. I advised him to speak to the owner and find out how the owner wanted to make things right with me. Unfortunately, he must have gotten legal advice to not make things right because now he says too bad so sad for me. Well, Daniel, like I told you, I will BLOW YOUR COMPANY UP on the internet. You may not be willing to make things right financially, but in the long run it will cost your company!!!!!!My house had a flood in December which cost me $85,000 to Rainbow. After a long 5 months of living in a hotel, waiting for the job to be completed, in May RAINBOW CAUSED A SECOND FLOOD in my house and charged me an additional $11,000 for it. When they FINALLY COMPLETED the job in July, this is one of the end results....A PIPE FOR THE SINK THAT IS NOT COMPLETE WHICH ALMOST CAUSED A THIRD FLOOD!!!!!!!! HOW IS IT THAT A MINIMUM-WAGE PAID MAID CAN SEE THAT A PIPE IS MISSING BUT NOT RAINBOW WHO WAS PAID ALMOST $100,000?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have been ANGRY dealing with this company for SIX MONTHS and now it continues!!!!! Wait until I catch my breath and tell you about the quality of their other work and performance!!!!They have great reviews BUT DON'T IGNORE A LEGITIMATE WARNING AND FIND YOURSELF IN MY SHOES!!!!!!!!UPDATE:Well, I WARNED Mr. Franchise Owner of the Year that I would do this if he didn’t MAKE THINGS RIGHT, so here goes! My husband received a voicemail message from John Wheeler at Rainbow this morning requesting that he return the call. Since I am the one who has been dealing with THIS NIGHTMARE, I told my husband that I would call John back. I called and left a message for John stating that my husband wouldn’t be calling him and requesting that he call me instead. The name John Wheeler meant nothing to me because I hadn’t been dealing with him. Hoping that John was someone of IMPORTANCE who was calling to MAKE THINGS RIGHT, I called the company and asked the receptionist what position John Wheeler held. She didn’t know. So, naturally, my next step was to Google John Wheeler Rainbow Restoration. And LOOKY HERE!!!! HE’S THE OWNER. Not just the owner, but 2023 Rainbow Restoration Franchise Owner of the Year: John Wheeler!!!!!! After obtaining this tidbit of information, I waited ANXIOUSLY for Mr. Franchise Owner of the Year to call me back. I waited. And I waited! AND I WAITED!!!! Tired of waiting, but most of all LOSING HOPE for a FAIR RESOLUTION TO MY NIGHTMARE WITH RAINBOW, I called again. And left another message. This time I was clear: I hope the call is to make things right or I would be “a dog with a bone”. COINCIDENTALLY, he “didn’t hear that message” but called IMMEDIATELY AFTER I LEFT IT. Being to the point, I asked him for the purpose of his call to my husband. He wanted to know where his money was!!!!!! OMG!!!! I didn’t know if I should LMAO or SCREAM!!!!! First of all, we have been sending all monies as soon as it is received from the insurance company. Second of all, given that monies have been sent CONSISTANTLY and we have been working pleasantly with Gina, the girl YOU HIRED TO HANDLE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES, on a continuous basis, WHY ARE YOU, THE OWNER, COINCIDENTALLY CALLING AFTER I HAVE POSTED NEGATIVE REVIEWS????!!!!! As I assured you, Mr. Franchise Owner of the Year, we will pay you in full REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU HAVE COST US but I WILL CONTINUE TO POST MY NEGATIVE REVIEWS UNTIL YOU MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!
