The team that helped me recover my property from a fire were amazing, they are the reason this review is a two star, the issues came when involving management due to lost items.Emails directly from Wayne Crossfield (owner) regarding the missing items from the inventory were followed by excuses of furloughed staff and their 3rd party having issues disregarding the fact that Rainbow had continued working all throughout lockdowns and very active on media. Eventually he ignored any incoming emails from me asking for a resolution to the issue and nearly a year later we are no closer to seeing either our missing items or any type of compensation.
