Cast iron pipes were delivered with one cracked.Replacement was sent to a mash up of invoice address and site address. Replacement pipe was the wrong size.second replacement pipe sent arrived at the correct address with collar broken off.Third replacement pipe sent correct size and finally in good condition with extra packaging supplied.I have used Rainclear many times usually with a superb outcome and would have rated with 5 stars Price v Quality is good. Delivery time is good. Recently I have had cracked and broken components on my last two orders.1. Packaging provides insufficient protection if handled roughly.2. Couriers need to pay attention to the Fragile label markings.Please get this sorted.
