I made a mistake with my shipping address as the system automatically filled it in from a previous order. I tried to contact the company in three different ways: by email, through their website and via Instagram. They do not provide any phone number to reach them.After five days with no response, I finally received a brief reply stating that there was nothing they could do. By then, of course, the parcel was already gone. I am now in the wrong country and unable to receive my order.This is worse than poor customer service—there is effectively no customer service at all. *** Just a little update about the situation. Nothing have been done to help me.
