I had exactly the same experience as another poster. I ordered an anorak on the 3rd October was told a week later that it was lost in the post and that another order would be put in and a new tracking link would be sent. It’s now the 23rd October and I have received no tracking link or any further correspondence when I have tried again to reach out.I’ll now be going through my credit card to claim my money back as it’s £80 down the drain at this rate.Shame as I have ordered from them a few years back and it was great. Maybe they have changed owners.
