Item not received... Twice!!I ordered a poncho last 7th of October. On the 14th, I hadn't received any update or tracking regarding the shipment, so I contacted them. Three...! days later, Nikki answered my email explaining that my ordered was lost at the beginning of the shipment so she had placed a new one and said that I would receive the tracking info soon. On the 17th I hadn't received yet any information regarding this second order, so I contacted them again.Today, 20th of October, I have still no clue if I will finally received my poncho because nobody has answered my emails or messages.I paid 79€ for it + 6€ for the delivery, which I consider is a serious price to have a serious business and team behind but all I'm getting is an awful service. Pity.
