Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed. I ordered a rain hat for my daughter over a week ago, but have still not received the item. I also never received a shipping confirmation. I contacted customer service, but have yet to receive any reply.I’m very disappointed with how this order has been handled and hope to receive either a response soon or a refund. As it stands, I cannot recommend this shop.
