I ordered 2 rain ponchos on 27/01/26, one is a present for my mother.
I contacted Rainkiss on 05/02/26 and Nikki said "they were experiencing an issue with receiving stock into the UK. They were temporarily being shipped from the Netherlands warehouse, which may cause a short delay and would be shipped in 2 days.
I had a text from DHL on 11/02/26 saying the parcel was out for delivery, I was out so diverted it to a local pick up point. My order didn't arrive.
I have tracked my order and it said out for delivery, then we missed eachother and new attempt the next day, then there's a label issue and then was out for delivery on the 12/02/26. There is no tracking information after that!!! I have emailed Rainkiss 6 times and Nikki has responded to say it's on its way and the last response was to say she will contact DHL.
I'm so disappointed, the company is a joke!!! I'm going to contact PayPal to get my money back
