I ordered a green puffer jacket earlier this year, and after a couple of months, I found it leaking water through the armpits whenever it rained. Quite surprising given the price! I contacted customer service, and they were helpful, sending a return label and promising a replacement. Unfortunately, the new one had the same issue, with holes under the armpits after just a few months.
