Terrible experience. I ordered a rain coat as a gift and needed a size bigger. Local stores wouldn’t honour an exchange so the only way to exchange it was to place a new order. The refund took a month (with 0 communication of them letting me know they received my return, nor did they provide a refund receipt when issued.) They also charged me $20 for shipping when stated only $10 be deducted. I’ve emailed and it seems like they don’t have a customer service team, everything is automated and takes a very long time to get a response.
Very frustrating and disappointing experience! Products are great so I recommend buying from a 3rd party.
