I ordered carry on some other kind of bags on Feb 1st , on the website it wrote delivery 2-4 days .
I haven’t heard anything back till Feb 8.
I emailed them , they said your package will pick up today and you will get tracking number.
I haven’t heard of get anything.
On Feb 10 I emailed them they said sorry we have technical issue , we will send your order soon.
I had whole plan for my vacation and they totally ruined it.
As easy as this.
their team could easily send an email and keep me in loop before I email them and follow up.
What does this mean to me ? It means they don’t care about Custumer and they just want to sell their stuff.
They are tons of brands out there that looking for client trust , you have it and you don’t care for it. As long as I love their products but I never gonna order anything from them.
