I've purchased 3 e-cards so far and all of them worked. I purchased a physical card and it was never mailed to me. The tracking number the seller gave was invalid. Raise tried contacting the seller on my behalf to no avail. Raise is processing my refund. Just be wary when purchasing cards. It would be great if Raise also took on the role of escrow i.e. Raise holds the money used to purchase a giftcard until the purchaser confirms receipt of the giftcard, and then the funds are sent to the seller.
