My experience with the service was very disappointing. I placed an order well in advance for a birthday, only to find out from the courier that the parcel hadn’t been shipped on time. I had to reach out myself for updates. The only response I received was a generic note about high order volume and backlogs, along with a tracking number. There was no proactive communication or apology, which is frustrating considering it was a birthday gift. While delays can happen, being left in the dark is poor service. This experience has significantly shaken my confidence in ordering again.
