The experience was ok, I bought 4 pairs of tall pants. 3 the same, different colours and a different pair…
All short, I do not understand how you are specialising and you clothing still comes up short.
I have 35 inch legs so not too far off a 34inch so how you call your pants long baffles me!
Do longer lengths and more research!!
The clothing is nice, but I received the wrong order initially, and as I write this review, I still haven't been refunded for that order after returning it two weeks ago. I placed another order, and it arrived promptly, so there are some positives.
I've placed several orders with the company this year, and the clothing quality is excellent. I chose next-day delivery, but it took much longer; however, I understand it was during a busy sale period, so I can overlook that. My returned items reached them on November 29th, but I find the seven working day timeframe for issuing a refund (or credit note, which I chose) to be less than ideal. I'm still waiting for this to be processed, even after following up.
My experience with the service was very disappointing. I placed an order well in advance for a birthday, only to find out from the courier that the parcel hadn’t been shipped on time. I had to reach out myself for updates. The only response I received was a generic note about high order volume and backlogs, along with a tracking number. There was no proactive communication or apology, which is frustrating considering it was a birthday gift. While delays can happen, being left in the dark is poor service. This experience has significantly shaken my confidence in ordering again.
