***UPDATE****they have sent me a new strap and everything works perfectly!!! Absolutely perfect now!! Great bag and very cute!! Would recommend!!! Customer service was great too! Once they replied they sent me a new strap right away!! Thank you RAIVEN USA! I love this bag so much very cute but the strap that is supposed to hold the tumbler doesn’t have Velcro on it to keep it closed. I contacted support and no one replied. So although it is a very cute bag have to give a one star it’s not functional for the purpose I bought it for.
