Very pretty bag

Beautiful product at a fair price. I gave 4/5 stars because my tracking number for the shipping didn't work, and I never could find a way to contact someone to ask about it. Customer support should be easier to find if you need it. But I love the bag now that I've received it. It's very nice.

Quality is good

Quality is good. Company may take a while to respond to emails but that’s okay. Things generally ship quickly or on time with preorders. “e-reader” bag needs a bigger reader pocket to call itself that, and I wish it came in the bookish patterns.

Shipped me the wrong size. It's to much of a hassle to return the one they sent. I ordered the medium that is supposed to fix the Kindle Paperwhite, and I received a small bag.
