I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Raiz Invest Australia Limited’s customer support.I tried contacting their hotline for assistance and waited on hold for more than one hour, yet no one ever answered the call. For a financial services company that manages customer funds, this level of support is unacceptable. When customers need help with their accounts or have urgent questions, reliable and timely support should be a basic expectation.Long wait times can happen occasionally, but having no response after waiting over an hour shows a serious lack of support infrastructure. It leaves customers feeling ignored and unable to resolve important issues related to their finances.I hope Raiz Invest improves their customer support system by increasing staffing or offering better response channels. Customers should not have to spend hours trying to get basic assistance.
