Well, I always thought I was not meant for business. Past was mostly a failure and thought I was meant to fail at everything. Mom and dad were of great support all my life and life changed after my father passed away. I walked out of my job from chennai and moved to Bangalore thinking I will get better opportunities. But I was unemployed for more than a year. I felt responsible for all the wrong decisions and Started a pizzeria eating love in 2018 on Sarjapur Road, my mother being my first investor. Now restaurant has moved to Jayanagar, KP Road and Taiwan but I was unable to build systems in the business. Gave my best to my product by learning the expertise and continued to not give up on the business. Rajiv’s workshop ad kept haunting me every where as though he knew what I was going through. I walked the first step and registered for the online workshop. Did not attend it and ignored it in the chaos of life and business. It came back again at Shangrila. Attended the workshop and registered for P.A.C.E and was the best decision of my life. It’s a bible for business owners and I do not know how to explain the amount of relief this program gave me. It gave solutions and understanding to every situation in business and it cannot be more precise than this. No one can imagine the amount of work that has gone to design this, brilliant. Every single business owner of whatever scale should do this to bring the best culture as entrepreneurs and future of this country. It all began in 2006-07 when I faced a staggering 102 rejections before I cracked my first-ever deal. It was then that I learnt my life’s most valuable lesson: People buy Results. Only.
As the founder of Quantum Leap, a Corporate Training Company, I had the privilege of serving 110 corporate organizations.
However, in 2012, I faced my biggest setback till date.
My Outsourcing and Recruitment business incurred a loss of 70 lakh and a 45 lakh debt.
I hail that event as the turning point of my life. That marked the beginning of my travel diaries across the country - to interview India's top 300 Business Leaders.
Whatever I learnt, transformed me. And I have documented all my learnings in my book - "Lead or Bleed” - which went on to become an Amazon Bestseller.
But my mission was just getting started.
As a business coach, my vision is to empower entrepreneurs with a method to set, track, and achieve goals using the P.A.C.E system. And over the last decade, I've been able to impact the lives of over 200,000 individuals through my training programs.
It doesn’t stop there.
My commitment extends to building an exclusive community of 2000+ entrepreneurs whom I personally coached through our 1-to-1 Coaching.
I'm currently running three businesses based on the P.A.C.E model - Quantum Leap Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd, DreamCraft Events and Entertainment Pvt Ltd, and DreamCatcher Investments Pvt Ltd, collectively employing more than 2,000 people.
This success fills me with a sense of fulfillment that goes beyond monetary achievements.
