I had the privilege of attending the PACE Program in Bengaluru from 6–8 March 2026, and it was truly an outstanding and transformative experience.
The program was exceptionally well-structured, practical, and deeply insightful. A special appreciation to Rajiv for delivering the entire workshop with incredible energy, clarity, and passion. Conducting nearly 10 hours of high-impact learning every day for three consecutive days is no small feat, and the consistency, focus, and commitment he demonstrated were truly inspiring.
What impressed me the most was the practical approach to building scalable businesses, the real-life success stories, and the clear frameworks provided to help MSME owners move from day-to-day operational chaos to a structured, scalable, and system-driven business model.

The scale and level at which they have been consistent in doing what they do and have only been making it bigger & better for MSME Business Owners. As the founder of Quantum Leap, a Corporate Training Company, I had the privilege of serving 110 corporate organizations.
However, in 2012, I faced my biggest setback till date.
My Outsourcing and Recruitment business incurred a loss of 70 lakh and a 45 lakh debt.
I hail that event as the turning point of my life. That marked the beginning of my travel diaries across the country - to interview India's top 300 Business Leaders.
Whatever I learnt, transformed me. And I have documented all my learnings in my book - "Lead or Bleed” - which went on to become an Amazon Bestseller.
But my mission was just getting started.
As a business coach, my vision is to empower entrepreneurs with a method to set, track, and achieve goals using the P.A.C.E system. And over the last decade, I've been able to impact the lives of over 200,000 individuals through my training programs.
