I have maintained an account with this bank for my company for over 20 years. Recently, they closed the account due to returned cheques from the past year. I was informed about the closure via phone two months ago. I submitted the required information showing errors in cheque postings. Despite following up with my account manager, I received no response to my emails or the seven voicemails I left. Two days ago, my debit card stopped working, and once again, I attempted to reach my account manager without any reply. Today, I visited the branch to collect a cheque for my account balance, but no one could assist me, and they promised to send an email with a callback that never occurred. I received an email with the final account statement instead. My experience with this bank's customer service has declined significantly, and I believe it is now a risky choice for small businesses.
