Very bad Experience on this Rak Bank.They will keep calling you and they will come to your office as well its like you will run away.even you are paying with them and you are just delaying to pay every minutes they will call you from your phone to the office etc..I tried to request from them to costumer service however they can't help you at least give the email address to the right person from requesting a dispute charges and at-least i can closed the account of the credit card and i will just paid the limit of the card however they will not give you any solution and you have to do is to pay everything to closed your account.Its like im just paying the charges only and it will never deducted the limit.they just benefit on you. As my experience don't take anything here from RAK bank because they will put you on bad situation.They are damaging my health and they are disturbing my work as well.Their Staff are so Rude. and they will call you from different number.Please Take care of this is bank
