Avoid this bank! They are completely unreasonable. Their online customer service is useless, so you have to visit a branch to get anything done. And then you realise they are more in the business of extracting fees from you than providing a service.Oh and there are no reminders sent out regarding annual recurring fees: "Why would we do that?" is the response, as if by admission that they want to catch you out before you have a chance to cancel their useless services.
