Worst experience ever I have takeover loan with rak As per sales agent take over loan will be takes 15 to 20 days and there will be 60 days grace period. Once I received the offer later there was 51days. process was started 8th of August 2024. All the documents cleared everything submitted till now amount is on hold the excuse from the sales agent and manger one of the document is still not showing in the system and since from last one week they are given me the same excuse till now there is no results even they amount is hold from my salary amount is hold from loan also and tomorrow is the first EMI for this loan and amount is still on hold it’s so funny. That’s way how Rak treats the customers. I recommend don’t ever even think to go with RAK Bank
