Don't ever forget your password with Rakuten. You go through the forgtten password routine on a modern wondows 10 PC...and it says it has all worked .... still can't even log in to the bloody website. This is the mark of a VERY poor company when you can't even login to their service after going through the password recovery procedure ..... AVOID....THEY WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME
