This is the company that has taken over TalkTalk TV (which is a disgraceful excuse for a company). I have not been asked if I agree to this migration. Loads of the content that I have paid for will not be available. There will be no monetary compensation apparently, just a 'fair amount of Rakuten Superpoints'(!). I have paid for this content. It is mine. A shop does not come around your house and take a DVD back off you after you have bought it. But this is what Rakuten have done. Shocking, just shocking. I bought loads of this content for my kids, and they will be very upset. All I want if a full refund for all my content and I'll be on my way.
