bought a stowaway folding bike, arrrived reflector light broken and bar bented. clearly poorly packed with no protection and has been brutally handled in delivery.I asked for a return and full refund, but they just sent me a spare reflector, without consulting me if it is an acceptable way to resolve the matter.Wasting a lot of time and energy to deal with the damaged product.
