Customer support is non-existent. Raleigh no longer take calls and drive you towards there email messaging service. You never get a response and this from what used to be a trusted brand. If they're so busy with customer issues then that points towards a shoddy product. I have been trying to make a warranty claim and I have not had a response. We may be in a pandemic, but responding to customers electronically should be a priority.....that can be done from home.Well done Raleigh a perfect case study in how to damage a trusted brand......just remember there will be a point were we are no longer under the threat of a pandemic and you'll have no excuses.....unfortunately by then you'll probably have no customers either. And by the way you don't need to be out of pocket. If you paid by credit card the following applies:Under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, the credit card company is jointly and severally liable for any breach of contract or misrepresentation by the retailer or trader. This means it is just as responsible as the retailer or trader for the goods or service supplied, allowing you to also put your claim to the credit card company. You don't have to reach a stalemate with the retailer or trader before you can contact your credit card provider - you can make a claim to both the retailer and credit card provider simultaneously, although you can't recover your losses from both. This really works so I hope that helps.

Bangers n’ mash. Westminster Abbey. A good cuppa. There are a few things that perfectly sum up British spirit – and Raleigh is one of them.
