Bought a gravel bike on the cycle to work scheme. Pleased with it.Until the frame broke at the rear drop-out.Sent it off for a warranty claim. One year of waiting, nothing has happened. I know there's a pandemic etc, but still. It's been a year. Imagine if it had been one of the kids' bikes.Very dissatisfied.
