Mostly very pleased. Delivery took longer than it normally would (given the COVID-19 situation) but Raleigh honoured their time window and my bike arrived exactly 14 working days from ordering. It was well packaged and easy to get up and running. My only feedback for improvement is that the instructions could be more thorough and specific to my exact model of bike; the ones I received are very generalised. There were also a few things in the box that don't have a clear purpose. It seems as though Raleigh could learn a thing or two from VanMoof on the delivery and setup experience. But overall, really pleased and would order directly from Raleigh again.
