I went to the Rally House on Nov 13, 2025. I needed to exchange an Eagles shirt for size that I purchased at another location. Djeremy was wonderful. He (along with another employee, whose name I did not get) spent 10 mins or more trying to track the shirt down, even after I said that I could go back to the original location (because I knew where the shirt was in the store) Djeremy was on a mission! He found it and was happy that now he knows where the shirt is, in case someone else came in looking for it.
