I ordered a sweatshirt and it did not come in the mail. I called a month after I did not receive it, and I could not get in touch with a human on the phone. After 2.5 months, I called them again. I spoke with a manager. They sent me a replacement, but would not give me a discount or partial refund on the order. It was a gift I needed, so I still paid full price for a sweatshirt that took 2.5 months to arrive. They gave me a discount on future orders, but I will not be shopping at Rally House again.
This was, without question, one of the BEST retail experiences my daughter and I have ever had.
We traveled all the way from Denver, Colorado to celebrate my daughter’s 12th birthday, and as a huge NBA fan (especially the Timberwolves and Anthony Edwards), this stop meant everything to her. Edwin and Sarah didn’t just meet expectations — they absolutely blew them out of the water.
From the moment we walked in, Edwin took the time to explain the differences between the player card decks, breaking down why Rally House offered better value and a better overall product. It wasn’t a sales pitch — it was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Both Edwin and Sarah made easy, fun conversation with us about favorite teams, sports passions, and even got to know us on a personal level. It felt real, warm, and incredibly refreshing.
What stood out the most was that we were treated like people, not just customers. They went far beyond “ringing us up” — they built rapport, created a memorable experience, and made my daughter feel celebrated on her special birthday. That kind of care is rare and unforgettable.
Because of Edwin and Sarah, this wasn’t just a shopping trip — it became a core memory my daughter and I will always treasure. Their energy, kindness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm represent the absolute best of what customer service should be.

I am very disappointed that my son received a gift that didn't fit, and we want to exchange it for a larger size. However, they want to charge us for shipping to return it, as well as shipping for the new size, despite already charging for shipping on the original order. The representative from customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful, and any further communication was automated. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had, and it's certainly not a way to keep returning customers.
First, the positives:
1) Excellent staff
2) Fantastic variety
3) Convenient locations
4) Simple purchasing and return process
Now, the drawbacks:
1) Prices - quite steep!
2) Stores can be disorganized. You might find a top you like, but good luck locating more since it could be misplaced or scattered around.
3) There's a significantly larger selection of men's clothing compared to women's. I'd appreciate more choices for women. Overall, do I visit? Yes. Do I make many purchases? Not really.
I needed to return two items the day after Christmas, and the representative assisting me was fantastic. She located another store where the items will be shipped directly to me. Her knowledge and friendliness made the exchange process straightforward, and she was the reason for my positive experience at the location.
I went to the store near 97th and Quivira - Oak Park Mall area to find a specific MLB Tshirt. The store was loaded with merchandise and people. I looked around at the Tshirts on a few racks but couldn’t find the specific one. A clerk asked if she could assist me and I showed her a photo of the shirt. She asked me to follow and we made our way towards the rear of the store through a maze of racks. She went to a cubbyhole structure and stooped to the lowest cubby pulling out a folded tshirt. The exact one and size that I needed. I was so impressed with this woman - I could have never found that tshirt on my own. Great customer service !!!!
It was only when we returned to NC that we realized the salesclerk had forgotten to include a dry fit shirt and a color rush jersey in my bag. I had bought a quarter-zip coat, a jersey, four towels, a hoodie, and various stickers and magnets, totaling nearly six hundred dollars.
