Brooke, who works at Rally House in Macedonia went out of her way to find a Cleveland Browns quarterback Sanders jersey for me, including several stores because the inventory was wrong. But the AI for the rally house, phone line is ridiculous. You get lost in a circle to nowhere so right from the start, you need to say “I want to speak to a real person” and you’ll get someone marvelous like Brooke! I had to go out to get it at the Westlake store, but they had a package ready for me. Really a great experience and again shout out to Brooke unlike my sister with the same name you’re the greatest.!!
