I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received as a long-time customer. I ordered a pair of joggers online, but after UPS supposedly delivered them, they were nowhere to be found when I got home. Despite multiple promises from the support team to resolve the issue, I received no follow-up. I eventually had to escalate the case and thankfully got my money back through a payment service, but I will never shop with them again. Their customer service is shockingly poor, especially for a brand that charges luxury prices.
