I ordered an item but received an empty box. When I contacted the support team, they informed me that everything was handled correctly, so I won't be receiving a refund. Essentially, I spent 100 euros on just a cardboard box.
This is a complaint regarding the poor service from a brand that claims to offer high quality. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by inadequate customer support and a complete lack of care. A store to avoid, as it operates more like a low-tier establishment with subpar service.
