I ordered an item but received an empty box. When I contacted the support team, they informed me that everything was handled correctly, so I won't be receiving a refund. Essentially, I spent 100 euros on just a cardboard box.

Completely frustrated with the service

I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received as a long-time customer. I ordered a pair of joggers online, but after UPS supposedly delivered them, they were nowhere to be found when I got home. Despite multiple promises from the support team to resolve the issue, I received no follow-up. I eventually had to escalate the case and thankfully got my money back through a payment service, but I will never shop with them again. Their customer service is shockingly poor, especially for a brand that charges luxury prices.

Avoid online shopping with this brand

My experience with online shopping from this brand has been dreadful. After they lost an item during the return process, they claimed I never sent it back, despite having photographic evidence from their warehouse. I may need to consider legal action. If you appreciate their style, it's better to shop in physical stores to avoid these issues.

Incorrect size and unhelpful support

I ordered loafers in size 40.5 but received size 41 instead. After returning them for an exchange, I again received the wrong size. The entire shopping experience has been a farce, with customer service unable to resolve the issue. They offered a small compensation, but I just want the correct size. I am truly disappointed, especially from what is supposed to be a high-end brand.

Extremely poor service
