Feedback on Ram City Experience.Website and Taking my money = 10Shipping item to address supplied = 0Answer my emails in a timely fashion = 0Calling me back with updates = 0Helpfulness of Customer Service Staff = 0Ordered a product from their website to be sent to Auckland New Zealand, they send it to Denmark, despite having correct address.Placed order on 15th June, as of 24th June item still lost.Ram City say they can’t get hold of their warehouse manager, which turns out to be another supplier somewhere in Australia, as it transpires Ram City don’t hold the stock, but are drop shippers.No accountability from Ram City, just blaming DHL and their warehouse manager!Keep harping on about 10 day delivery window – from their website “This means if you order before 2pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time, Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays), we can ship your order on the same day and get it to you as soon as possible! “ – 9 Days after placing my order nothing.Rod Bland the CEO writes in his blog about intelligent life on other planets – be nice if intelligent life was found in his company!Need to up your game Rod.
