Great experience with RAM purchase during price surge

I ordered from this seller late last year when RAM prices were high, but their prices remained stable. Although the Crucial RAM I initially wanted was out of stock, they offered me genuine Samsung RAM as an alternative, claiming it was compatible. It arrived the next day and seemed authentic—though I needed a magnifying glass to confirm the details. I installed it, and it’s working perfectly with my GNU/Linux system. I intended to get an SSD as well, but their prices increased by that time, so I’ll have to hold off for now. :( If you're hesitant about upgrading your RAM due to current prices, consider trying a lightweight Linux distribution like AntiX, FunOS, BesGnuLinux, or Debian with a minimal window manager like JWM or IceWM. They all use under 300MB of idle RAM, allowing for more memory for those heavier Electron applications.

Great first experience with this service...

Disappointing experience

Very dissatisfied – Lack of communication and shipment

I placed and paid for an order over 10 days ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. I've sent multiple follow-up emails with no replies. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something with no communication. I expected much better service from a company that claims reliability. I'm very disappointed and won't be ordering again. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere.

Delayed shipping and no email response

First-time buyer – Never again

I purchased an item marked 'in stock', but it took 13 days for the service to hand it over to the postal service. Either it wasn’t in stock, or they take too long to ship. Either way, they are not trustworthy.

Shipping policy not reliable

Don't trust their shipping policy! I placed my order for items marked as 'in stock' at 1:17 PM expecting it by Friday. Instead, I called the next Monday to learn it had 'just been shipped'. After expressing my disappointment, I was told one item was faulty and the other had been taken out. I pointed out that this contradicted their policy and I should've received an update. It was for a $300 item, and the representative offered a half-hearted apology.
