We had a mishap /miss-understanding somewhere during my online chat researching SSD compatibility with my MBP. I had been sold the wrong drive. Rod Bland took everything I had said into consideration about the miss-understanding and was happy to come an agreement where we both were happy (I was happy anyway so I hope Rod really was too). Whats worse, the new product sent out got lost in the mail after going through a mail-redirection at AusPost. RamCity didn't even hesitate to send a replacement product out (which was not a cheap item).With just my 'word' to go on Rod listened and accepted what I was saying and didn't just blow me off and shut down the situation. I can't recommend them enough. I am now a lifetime customer even if I find a cheaper product. Service is everything!Thanks Rod and Ram City Team!
