The representative I spoke to seemed completely uninterested and lacked any empathy, almost suggesting I should just decorate the car instead. They provided no useful guidance beyond a vague step plan, which included an action I was told I couldn't take. Overall, a complete waste of time; I wouldn't consider using their services again.
