Dishonest Service and Frustrating Experience

I booked an appointment through the platform for a smoking engine issue. The service center claimed they couldn't find any problems, even though the engine was clearly smoking. When I followed up with the platform, they advised me not to drive the car but said the only way to identify the problem was to drive it. They also mentioned that a smoking engine 'may not indicate a fault.' The representative I spoke to seemed completely uninterested and lacked any empathy, almost suggesting I should just decorate the car instead. They provided no useful guidance beyond a vague step plan, which included an action I was told I couldn't take. Overall, a complete waste of time; I wouldn't consider using their services again.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

I had an extremely frustrating experience. My car was with the garage from 8/12/25, and it took them until 23/12/25 to decide not to cover the repairs. I only found out on 29/12/25 when I called, despite them having my email and my husband's. I've been without a car over Christmas, and my stress levels are sky-high. I'm still waiting for a response to my complaint that I emailed on 23/12/25. Absolutely unacceptable.
