I had an extremely frustrating experience. My car was with the garage from 8/12/25, and it took them until 23/12/25 to decide not to cover the repairs. I only found out on 29/12/25 when I called, despite them having my email and my husband's. I've been without a car over Christmas, and my stress levels are sky-high. I'm still waiting for a response to my complaint that I emailed on 23/12/25. Absolutely unacceptable.
