Jags and another colleague that I have spoken with over the last 5 days have been helpful and customer attentive. However, my car still sits in my drive 5 days after calling them. Yes it is an RAC problem, but the last 2 representatives (5 phone calls in one day) were offhand, told me I had to call the RAC & rebook the garage appointment that has been missed myself. Then another, once I had rebooked the garage for 3 days later, was not interested, salutary 'I'm sorry that you have had problems' and no empathy that this saga has severely hindered my mobility. This is the first time I have used the cover in 2 years, and I will cancel it today. I'll save it instead as I could have my car fixed and no inconvenience from my local garage last week.Very poor experience
