At a time when candidates are navigating uncertainty and seeking support, this lack of engagement feels dismissive and disheartening. I had genuinely hoped Randstad would be a proactive and professional agency, but my experience has left me with little faith in their ability to support public sector professionals.I understand agencies are busy, but basic communication is not optional, it’s the foundation of trust. Based on this interaction, I would struggle to recommend Randstad to others seeking meaningful support during career transitions.
